Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase for store credit or exchange only. Items must be returned unworn, in original condition, with tags attached. All sale merchandise, and jewelry are final sale.
If purchasing jewelry as a gift, we are happy to offer store credit within 7 days of gifting, provided the item is returned in original condition.
All returns are subject to inspection. Purethread reserves the right to determine eligibility based on condition.
Shipping
All online orders are processed within 48 hours. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Tracking details are provided via email once your order has shipped.
Purethread is not responsible for delays, loss, or theft once a package is in transit or marked delivered.
Sales Tax
Orders shipped outside of New York may not be subject to New York sales tax.
Any applicable tax will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping address.

What to Expect from your Personalized Delivery
A personalized selection, prepared by our stylists just for you.
Product Selection
To begin, you may complete a short form or connect directly with our styling team. From there, pieces are selected and prepared specifically for you, then sent to your home.
A $50 service and shipping fee will be invoiced prior to shipment. This covers both delivery to you and a prepaid return label for ease and convenience. Shipment is released once service fee is received.
Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery, unless otherwise arranged.
Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unstained, with original tags attached. Clients are responsible for the care of all items while in their possession. Items returned worn or damaged will be charged in full.
Payment
A card is held on file during your 3 day selection period. You are charged only for the items you choose to keep. An invoice is shared prior to processing.
Appointments
Appointments are available for a more personal experience. We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes.
Availability
All pieces are offered in limited quantities. Availability is not guaranteed until purchase is complete.
Condition
All items are inspected prior to sale or shipment. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
