ON YOGA, PILATES, WELLNESS -
My philosophy is one of dedicated physical practice, constant learning, inspiration, and encouragement to lead a health and wellness-focused lifestyle.
I am trained both as a Pilates and a Yoga instructor and am currently teaching private yoga and pilates-mat classes. Customizing the practice for each client takes creativity, a deep knowledge base in Yoga, Pilates and other physical practices, and lots of energy. It’s so much fun to help people feel better in their bodies. I have developed a special approach to a woman’s body through a deeper understanding of of proportions, posture, silhouettes, colors and emotion/ mood of the moment.
